How It Works

1. Book a FREE 30-minute call now and we’ll determine if we’re a good fit for each other. 

 

2. Initial Deep Dive (Kickoff)​

 

We start with a 60-minute deep dive where I get to know you, your business, and your goals. We’ll talk through the pain points you’re experiencing and set clear targets for what you want to accomplish in the next few months. This meeting sets the foundation for everything we’ll work on together.

 

3. Weekly Accountability Calls
 

Every week, you’ll have a 60-minute call with me on a set day (usually Monday or Friday so we can open the week/close the week properly). This call is where we review the past week:

• What goals did you meet?

• Where did things fall apart?

• What got in the way?

 

These calls aren’t just about keeping you on track—they’re about providing insights and strategies to help you do better. Part talk, part action, these calls help talk through the issues and challenges you’ve faced, as well as take steps to ensure they get fixed. They’ll also serve to hold you to long-term goals e.g. If you’ve decided on a plan of action with me, I’ll hold you accountable to not change it overnight because of yet another 3AM idea!
 

4. Strategic Business Guidance
 

You’ll get more than just a check in. I bring years of operational business expertise to the table, offering ideas and suggestions to help you refine processes, stay focused, and move forward. We’ll identify obstacles and figure out how to overcome them—whether that’s fixing a broken process, organizing your week more effectively, or managing distractions.

 

5. Ongoing Support (Email Access)
 

Throughout the week, you can reach out anytime via email if you have questions, want to share updates, or need to discuss something in our next session. My goal is to help you develop self sufficiency by putting long-term solutions in place—like creating a space where you can dump and organize ideas without getting distracted (yet remember to come back to those later and organize and execute on them).

 

6. Monthly Progress Evaluations

 

At the end of each month, we’ll take a step back and evaluate your overall progress:

• What have you accomplished?

• Where are the areas of growth?

• What insights have you gained?

• What’s working that we need to double down on?

• What’s not working that we need to modify?

 

This allows us to adjust our approach as needed, ensuring you’re consistently moving toward your larger goals.
