Once we’ve established your needs, I will take care of the entire hiring process, which includes:

• Posting: Sharing the job post on relevant platforms to reach potential applicants.

• Vetting Candidates: Screening, posting & reviewing test projects, interviewing, and selecting a qualified candidate.

Onboarding and Integration

After selecting the right team member for your business, I will facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition. This includes:

• Training Support: Assisting you with building the onboarding and training for the new hire so that they can hit the ground running in your existing systems and workflows.

• Ongoing Communication: Establishing clear communication channels to ensure alignment between you and your new hire.

 

3-Month Guarantee

To provide peace of mind, I offer a 3-month guarantee. If the hired team member does not meet your expectations or you need to replace them for any reason, I will assist in finding a suitable replacement at no additional cost within the first three months.
